Had an issue with my furnace purchased two years ago, Mike Finlayson, the tech showed up, on time, polite, professional, knew his stuff, walked me through it, gave me tips, Great Job Mike!!

Yesterday, I had Steven Berry perform a service check on my furnace.
Steven was very professional, and performed his job efficiently and quickly.
He answered all my questions and left me with a concise report on the efficiency of my furnace.
Very pleased with his work and all the staff at Dr.HVAC.

Bryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through what measurements and readings he was taking and what they might mean in terms of service required. He was able to identify to parts that were showing signs of age and that might fail. The service was low pressure in terms of up sells which is greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend for your annual maintenance needs.

I had called for a quote on a tankless water heater and immediately had someone scheduled to come in a few hours for the quote which was great! When they were on their way I received a generic text message with their picture so I knew who would be arriving. The person that arrived was super friendly, and explained next steps very clearly and what Dr. HVAC had to offer. However, after receiving the quote, I decided to go with another company as the pricing they have is really high. While they do offer a number of protections on their product, their default is recommending the highest capacity water heaters that you wouldn't end up using its capacity. I also felt the rep was super pushy about going with them and kept asking me why I was going someplace else. When I asked if they could match the pricing it was still $1000 more than the competition.

Mike the HVAC technician arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. Did his job and explained what he did and why. He asked if we had any questionable and answered any we had.
Very satisfied.

I contacted my installer to perform routine yearly maintenance on my furnace & AC. They advised me that they no longer serviced my area but recommended Dr HVAC. I contacted Dr HVAC and was able to get an appointment within 3 days. Bryan arrived promptly during the scheduled service window. He was courteous, followed all COVID-19 protocols, was very thorough in his service and took the time to fully explain what he was doing and why as he went through each maintenance check. I was extremely satisfied with Dr HVAC and Bryan and plan to use them for future needs. I highly recommend Dr HVAC.

I purchased a new furnace/air conditioner which was installed in January. This timing meant that I went through the Christmas season without heat. When July came there was no working air. In January the old air worked fine. Now its August and they have removed the unit completely giving me no indication of repair timing. In case you don't remember there is a heat wave going on.
It doesn't matter how polite and courteous the are, I don't have air and they will not give me a new unit, they tell me I must accept a repaired one. Last time I call Dr. HVAC.

Within 1 day we had a service technician come out to our home to inspect our air conditioning unit. Mike, was thorough and explained the problem and the options available to us. He also inspected our furnace and humidifier which he noted were in good working order. Mike was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and is someone I will request for any future repair.

Quick response from the office. They were able to find a technician in a two hour frame. Steve, the technician, did the inspection and provided few options. Very happy with the service
