Dr HVAC

I had asked for a technician who could troubleshoot but also thoroughly explain how our humidifier worked. The unit was already installed when we moved into the house, and there was no manual or electrical schematic available. Dr. HVAC matched me up with Erich, which was perfect since he was very thorough in his explanation of how everything worked, and was also able to diagnose what was happening. He was also on time, which is very unusual with our experience with similar contractors.

Erich did a great job diagnosing and dealing with the issues found with our furnace. He was very punctual and knowledgeable and extremely helpful answer all questions that were asked of him. I would contact Dr. HVAC and ask for Erich again for future jobs.

Sean did a very thorough job in checking all aspects of my furnace and ensuring that the furnace was in good working order. He was very pleasant, courteous and very professional. He explained every aspect of what he was doing and why and this was very much appreciated. Can't say enough about this company and especially Sean Faegan. I have had other companies service my furnace but no other company left me with the feeling of confidence than DrHVAC did. Thank you Sean!

My wife and I met with Bruna on week night which was really great because of our schedules. Bruno was knowledgable, sincere and we liked her right away. We are very happy with the price she gave us for a Trane furnace and air conditioning installed.

Had furnace inspection today. Sean is a professional and we felt he was completely honest and trustworthy on servicing that required immediate attention vs what could be delayed. He thoroughly explained all work. All future work will only be done through this company.

Our furnace broke down in February during one of the coldest nights of the year. We called Dr HVAC and they sent Sean out to assess our situation. Having had a few previous quotes, we knew it was time to replace our 17 year old furnace. Dr HVAC gave us a competitive price, and we had a new furnace installed the next day. From start to finish, Evelyn, Bruna and Sean were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all our questions.
Today, Sean came out to do our annual check. He did not rush and did a through review of all components. Again, he took the time to answer all our questions in a professional and courteous manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Dr HVAC to our family and friends.

We scheduled the work last week, and the techs came to the house today right on time. They were quick, professional, and did a thorough review. I was very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone, as I’ve found dr. Hvac to be a great company to deal with from scheduling all the way through to when the job is done. Thanks again!
