Dr HVAC

The service was great, very professional. I liked the text reminders. He was very knowledgeable. The only issue I have and it's with all the AC companies that repair is that you have to pay each time one of them comes out to take a look. So if you want more than one quote which we did, then it gets expensive just to get those quotes. The repair cost is 1/3 the cost of a new unit, so now we have to pay another couple of companies to get their opinion. And then we may end up buying a new unit but have already spent $300-400 just to find that out.

My A/C stopped working, and I left a message with Dr. HVAC around dinner time. They had a technician out the next morning to diagnose the problem (which was a faulty blower motor / controller unit). Although our A/C was previously installed by Dr. HVAC, the furnace and blower is much older, and was installed by a different company. Dr. HVAC worked with the furnace manufacturer to diagnose the problem, and determined that the problem was still covered by the parts & labour warranty from the original company. Dr. HVAC coordinated the warranty coverage with the original furnace company, so as the customer I didn't have to do a thing. I consider that great customer service.

Additionally, the technician (Sean) was friendly, clean, and courteous. He explained everything to us, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. HVAC team were all very pleasant to work with. They were willing to come all the way to Acton for this installation. The technicians arrived on time and had protection for our carpeting. Dr HVAC provides Superlative customer service from the initial service call that was placed on a Sunday during one of the worst ice storms ever to the service technician Mr. Sean Fagen that arrived on time & performed his work diligently & efficiently all the while explaining what the problem was, options for repair & associated costs. He answered all of my questions in a professional & intelligent manner that left me with a sense of comfort that I had the right service company. They now have a loyal customer for future service work & or replacement HVAC Equipment. Well Done!
