From scheduling to pickup, everyone was helpful and friendly. We received call backs when promised, notice before arrival as requested and driver was super nice and helpful. Will use again!

We had sold our 3 bedroom house and moved out, so it was time to hire a team to remove the remaining furniture and other junk to empty the house for the new owners. I contacted Big Ben's Junk Removal based upon the reviews on HomeStars and I'm happy to say I wasn't disappointed. They requested pictures to provide an accurate estimate, which gave me peace of mind. The crew arrived on time and promptly removed all the junk. The team was curteous and professional. Jacqueline is great to work with. When I call for a bin I get one and it gets delivered in the window that is given to me. The drivers are efficient and friendly. The 5 stars are well earned.

I had a pile of concrete and brick sitting around for years. Didn't know how to take care of it, what bins to get, or what can go together. Big Ben answered my phone call late on a friday afternoon and answered all my questions. Now my yard is clean.
