Drain Man The

In a time where customer service is often pretty shoddy, The Drain Man was a total delight from the first call to the finished job. Excellent responsive communication, efficient work, very pleasant workman, great job and wonderful cleanup. Big shout out to Teddy and Tyrone who came on a Saturday, worked like crazy, and finished the job the same day. Also big thanks to Ray, who was a huge help. Clearly, I strongly recommend this company. Two thumbs up.

We wanted to replace our old leaded water main. Out of 3 quotes, the Drain Man quotation was the lowest by more than $700! I thought it was too good to be true. I stayed with the Drain Man team during excavation, line replacement, and finishing. They explained each step as they went, and took the time to ensure that I was comfortable with all the work. They were courteous, and were flexible too -- re-installing some copper pipes they installed so that I could properly put shelving back in. I would have no issue recommending or using Drain Man again.

City tree roots were the cause of having to have my basement dug to replace old to new pvc lines. They responded immediately and also were very helpful in providing info to claim on T.O. sewer rebate. A very professional and experienced service.
