Maize Siding & Eavestroughing

Maize had installed the eves trough on my two previous homes. Their service and professionalism made them a natural choice for my new residence. I have highly recommended Maize to my friends.

I had obtained an initial quotation from Maize back in 2015, but was unable to have the work completed due to the condition of my roof shingles. I re-booked the work for 2016 and although the quotation was one year old, Maize honoured the original estimate.

The work was professionally done in very little time with excellent quality. I would not hesitate to have any additional work completed by Maize and would definitely recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with the service we received my Maize.  The workers that did the work we punctual, friendly, and hard working.  The product ordered and the product installed was as described.  I found that the workers did go about their duty on certain things which will make me use Maize again in the future and I will recommend them.

Great work done by Maize. They installed eavestrough and gutters for my newly built house and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The colors are matching perfectly with my roof and the quality of the work is outstanding!

I contacted them after getting multiple quotes from other companies. One company I liked their products, another their payment options, and the other their pricing. When I contacted Raymond, and explained this to him, he offered a comparable product, provided a very simple payment option and then matched the price of their competitor.

Service was done quickly and cleanly. I didn't even know it was done. I was in bed and my wife asked me when did I got them done and I had to go outside with a flashlight to check it out.

Colour match was seamless and it looked like they used brackets almost every 12" not sure what the standard is, but it looks like it was better then some I've seen.

Only recommendation I would have is perhaps a courtesy call to let the clients know that the crew is coming that day.

We did our research and had several quotes, Maize Siding and Eaves trough was the one that we chose because their estimate was very detailed and there were no surprises at the completion of the project. The contractors performing the work were dependable on time and very well equipped. They worked systematically and left the property as clean and neat as when they arrived. Work was completed as scheduled despite the terrible heat wave.

Maize first gave us a scheduled time of arrival ,and were actually 5 days early .They called ahead to ensure we were home very mindful company .The staff were very quick , efficient and friendly .They explained what they were about to do .The company was in and out in Approx. one hour with no disruption .Very pleasant and professional company .
