Verdun Windows And Doors

After years of changing screens and storm windows in our '60s bungalow twice yearly, it was time to invest in replacement windows.
With three quotations to consider, we chose Verdun Doors and Windows based on the sales consultant, the product, the price, and the 20 year transferable 'no bull' warranty. Needless to say, the installation was completed in one day by the Verdun insallation crew, as scheduled, and the results were beyond our expectations.
A post instal service call for some minor adjustments was handled promptly, and the technician resolved the issues to my satisfaction in a professional manner.
Thanks to the staff at Verdun, I will never have to replace screens or storm windows again !!

In a word ...AMAZING ;-) From the sales guy to the installers everyone was professional, polite and courteous. In a world where I thought this kind of service was long gone in comes Verdun. They were literally thousands of dollars cheaper than their competition and did way more end product finishing (eg: sill extension and interior trim) which made a huge impact on the finished job. Although I do like to save some bucks where I can I also am concerned with making sure I don't cheap out on certain home finishing’s and windows are certainly one thing you don't want to compromise on. With Verdun I got the best of both worlds ;-) I am off to sit and admire my new awesome energy efficient windows. Oh I almost forgot, they also have the BEST warranty… Booyah :-) So with best price, awesome quality, best warranty, best finished product and now that they have come and gone...awesome end to end service I had nothing to lose. We had a very pleasant experience starting with the estimator who made the experience fast and easy. We were given serveral choices of windows and picked the right one for us. Instead of 6-8 weeks waiting for our windows they were ready to be installed in 3 weeks. Installation was a breeze with little to no cleanup required. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I have had all my windows replaced by Verdun over the last few years, and recommended them to co-workers, neighbours and family. Being new to area we got quotes from several co.'s - Verdun sales guy was very informative and straight forward. Prices and quality are very competitive. We started with 2 windows - one a bay window in our 40 year old home. Installation was excellent and quick.
Last year they replaced two more and this year they will replace a door and 3 more windows. This will leave only an addition to be done in future years but I cannot imagine them not doing this.
Self contained - in and out, you would never know they had been there. Very clean.
During last years installation one of the guys spotted a problem with one piece of trim on their previous installation (4 years earlier) that I had never noticed and he fixed it without being asked! No charge.
I would recommend them highly to anyone.

We replaced our front door and 5 windows in the front of our house two years ago. We liked the service and went with Verdun when we replaced our kitchen window.

One windows' seal was damaged and when we contacted Verdun, they replaced the window with no issues. I was impressed with the customer service for the warrenty work. The installation was on time, quick and professional.
