My name is David Malette and I represent Verdun Windows and Doors. I would like to take this moment to clarify this review and shed some light on it for other consumers to better understand the situation.
Our client ordered a window which upon the first installation did not fit in the opening, the window was remade in a timely manner and of course 100% the costs were absorbed by Verdun Windows and Doors.
When our crew returned, the window fit perfectly, the installation was completed successfully and the order paid for in full.
The order has a picture of the window being purchased, as well as a full detailed description. The customer signed for this window and it's that that was installed.
However, a couple of days after the installation being completed the customer called the office to explain that the window installed wasn't what they were expecting to receive and instead of having a double slider they would of preferred a casement. It's while we were mutually trying to find a solution that the review was posted to Homestars.
We have found a solution for the customer that they've approved and are happy with.
