I had separate shower and tub faucets start to drip. Unfortunately the cartridges were expensive.. the guy came in explained the complexity, found the parts (the ones we bought from Home Depot were the wrong ones). So he had to pop out to get the right ones.

Very patient, explained what he was doing, explained why the cartridges are expensive, very polite. Asked if I wanted to set a limit on the faucets temp due to young kids.

Outstanding service... that's why we've now used Andy Plumbing for three different projects.

I found Andy to be knowledgeable, experienced and Friendly. And the best thing is he usually comes to his regular clients the same day. I recommend him to anyone. Thanks

I was very pleased with the service provided. My initial phone call to the office was returned within one hour and a time for doing the work was scheduled. An estimate for work was given when Andy first arrived. It involved replacing previous plumbing that was clearly substandard work. Andy picked up needed supplies and returned with his son to complete the job efficiently and professionally. The work area was left clean and organized at the end of the job. I will definitely call Andy Plumbing for future plumbing work.

Andy was so nice and accommodating even came with me back to the store when we had bought the wrong kitchen faucet.

We were doing a basement Reno, and required some plumbing to be done. We called Andy Plumbing and Scotty came out to do the work required. Scott came on time, and did everything necessary to complete the work needed in a timely and efficient manner. We are very pleased with the work Scott performed, and would recommend Andy Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I called Andy plumbing because of the good reviews, and I was not disappointed, Scott came the same day, fixed everything, gave me the bill, and we are done.
This is the way good service should be.

I called Andy Plumbing about home toilet installations. They responded immediately to book it. The costs were clear up front and reasonable. The work was well done and staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend them for residential work.

Toothbrush flushed down toilet (seriously!). Made it part way through the curves. Couldn't reach with hands or other home remedies. Calls to TWO plumbers -- "replace your toilet". Talked with Andy "we can give it a try"

Scott arrived on time... tried different approaches... didn't give up. Done in 25 minutes. Then he reinstalled the toilet, tested for leaks and cleaned up. Excellent results, excellent staff. Polite. Definitely recommend.

Any and Scott are great! I first met Andy as he responded to a water leak problem I had at my residence. He was professional, courteous and solved the problem quickly. More importantly, he explained the issue and identified additional items of concern - Kitec.

I selected Andy Plumbing to come and replace all water lines in my residence - not wanting to chance my home to the water line misfortunes of other Kitec victims. Andy and Scott arrived and spent 4 days in my home.

The job was not only done well, they went above and beyond! Checked and replaced components from the hot water tank, used top of the line materials - ultimately, increased the water pressure to all areas of the house (builder install was poorly done, to say the least). All drywall cut outs were done so that the drywall removed could be used by the drywall contractor when they arrived to patch the holes. They used floor matting throughout the house, covered furniture and components with plastic sheeting, used their own vacuum to catch drywall dust whenever they cut, explained every detail of what they were doing, etc.

Overall - awesome job, great guys. I can now have piece of mind in my home when it comes to the water lines.
