Durham Fibreglass Pools

We had our fiberglass pool installed last July and we absolutely love it! We were very pleased with the communication from Dennis, Mark and their team throughout the entire installation. Dennis was always quick to respond to any questions we had and explained everything fully. All of the subcontractors they brought in, like the electrician, the landscapers and the concrete guys, were great also. Dennis and Mark continue to offer great customer service as we have them open and close our pool every year. Honest, helpful, and friendly service! You will not be disappointed with their work!

Dennis and Mark far exceeding my wife and mines vision for our backyard pool. Everything was completed in the time we expected with all questions or concerns answered. We would use them again if we ever moved and we looking to get another pool. Durham pools uses probably the best contractors available, from the electrician who came out on a Sunday long weekend to finish up the electrical. To the gas guys who made minimal damage to the lawn when running the gas for the heater. Like the rest of the reviews goes these guys are top notch professional who deliver on what they promise.

Working with Durham Fibreglass pools was excellent. It took a little time to arrange an initial meeting (likely because they are so busy) but once we met the process was painless. Our heater was initially broken when it was powered up but they replaced it within a day. They kept the backyard clean and their work was both quick and detailed. Overall a great experience!

From the start of our journey with Dennis he made us feel comfortable. Dennis was more than willing to set up appointments for us to look at other jobs he had done and to talk to the home owners about their experiences. The more home owners we talked to, the more comfortable we felt that Durham Fiberglass Pools were the ones for us. The start to the season was a wet one and the pool was delayed, but Dennis kept us informed along the way. Once they started on the pool, Mark and crew were awesome to deal with and were more than willing to answer all of my questions. They worked steady until it was finished and came back promptly after the concrete install to clean the pool and do final hookups. Dennis, Mark and Jeff were great. It was a slow start to this wet season, but as soon as they started digging, they didn't stop until the project was done.

We had Durham Fibreglass Pools install our gorgeous San Juan pool in July 2015. From our initial contact with Dennis we knew that this was the company that would meet our needs. Dennis is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the pool installation process and the products they sell. He was present for the meeting with our landscapers which enabled everyone to be on the same page as far as the planning process and eventual installation of the pool. Mark and Jeff installed the pool without issue and within the time frame that we were given. They answered any questions we had and were very pleasant people to have at our home. Any follow up questions or issues we have had since the pool has been installed, Dennis has been quick to respond to and very helpful. These guys were fantastic! From the site selection to the very end of the installation they were great. Super personable hard working team of guys who know exactly what they are doing. When variables came up they worked them out seamlessly. When I had a question or an idea I got through to Mark right away or he would get back to me as soon as he got the message. There were no surprises. It went as perfectly as it could have. My family and I couldn't be happier with the pool. We're excited to spend as much time enjoying it as we can! believe me when I say that not only did I do my research on who to have install our pool and what company makes the best fibreglass pool in the industry but I knew first hand from working in the concrete industry that these pools are the best. A few bucks more than a traditional vinyl liner pool but the benefits are enormous. Excellent work from an excellent company. Can't say enough about how happy we are with this pool project. Mike Haigh
