Denis the owner came to give free estimate. He was thorough with the explanation of the job.
The installer was very professional and lined the floor in the kitchen with drop sheets. He cleaned up well and took photos from the outside of the skylights before the job, middle of the job and the finished job. We are very satisfied with the project and planning for the next two skylights to be replaced.

I knew when I walked into my dark closet that I need to add in light but wanted something that was natural - I'd had sun tunnels put in our other house and knew to call Skylight Unltd. right away. They are fast and have very high quality. I couldn't be happier with the work - and no LEAKS! Brilliant job! Even did our upstairs staircase - what a difference. Love it!

We have had Skylights Unlimited return to our home to replace additional outdated skylights. We invited them back as we were extremely happy with their work on the first phase of the project. He also pointed out areas of concerns within my attic and made suggestions for improvement. The price and quality of workmanship was well worth it. I am already considering another skylight. Dennis was AWESOME!!! He came to our house to consult on a variety of skylights we wanted to add to our whole home reno. We were also considering vaulting the ceiling. Leveraging Dennis' expertise we decided against vaulting but went ahead with a number of strategically placed skylight to add beauty and brightness to our home. Everyday I wake up and look at my new bathroom skylight and fall in love. Excellent skilled work!!! Fair pricing and great service! If I could possibly add more skylights these are the people I would call!

Cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the sky tunnel at one end of my kitchen. It was always dark as the window was at the other end of the kitchen.
Dennis came to give me an estimate and was prompt and very helpful.
It turned out to be in a very tight spot and was difficult to install but Gordon persevered and did a beautiful job. No mess and they sent me pictures of the installation on the roof which I appreciated, as being a senior, I was not climbing up there anytime soon.

We were very pleased with Dave Flook from Skylights Unlimited; he has years of experience and specializes in sunrooms and solariums. Our sunroom was showing signs of structural weakness and we had numerous quotes and opinions. Dave proposed a practical and affordable solution that was just what we were looking for, preserving the warmth and elegance of the rest of the interior. It involved replacing the row of existing skylights, re-building the back wall and installing new energy efficient windows . Mike and Josh were pros - they were very skilled and had great work ethic working long days and even weekends. Dave was a stickler for detail and quality control which we were very impressed with. Loved the results and would definitely recommend!
