Dennis was responsive with a quote, etc. The crew was courteous, friendly and worked with care in setting up, cleaning up after each day and the final clean up at the end. They finished within the stated time line and were on time to start every morning. We were satisfied with the work and the skylight has brought more light into our home.

Same day installation for a replacement sky light and 2 New sun tunnels. They took great care in protecting my hardwood floors and surroundings from any debris. Skylights Unlimited did an excellent job on my recent skylight installation. I appreciated Denis the owner coming to my home to explain all the options and the process. I felt that I was in good, capable hands from the very beginning. Both technicians were incredibly friendly and cleaned up well. The skylight has been in for 2 months now through snow and rain and we love it. It has brightened up our tiny dark bathroom considerably and was well worth the cost.

The team was knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated their recommendations for our 3 new skylights - we installed triple pane glass. Before the snow would immediate melt as it fell, with the new skylights the snow stays, a good demonstration of the improved insulation impact.

The person who did the estimate was very helpful. The guy in charge of the installation explained the challenges that came up once he was on the roof. Took a picture, let me know I could change my mind. Left the place in shipshape condition. The ceiling on the inside required no additional finishing work. Very pleased with the quality of the job.

We had a very old aging skylight that had to be replaced. We got a few quotes from other companies and a roofer who quoted the same amount as Skylights unlimited but for cash. So the pricing seemed reasonable and we decided to go with Skylight unlimited. The installers were efficient and they even put a piece of cloth inside the house in order to keep the work clean. I thought that was a nice extra touch as most roofers could care less about their mess. They took two hours and worked in December which gave us a reassuring that thought that we don't have to worry about leaks during winter or coming spring.

My wife and I noticed a crack on one of our two skylights so we called Denis from Skylights Unlimited for a quote to repair. After diagnosing our problem and presenting us with pictures of our two skylights, we realized that we had some issues with both skylights that required immediate attention. What blew me away with this company is that instead of trying to up-sell and replace both skylights and flashing, they were able to replace one while completely repairing the other and offering us the same warranty on both the repaired and brand new skylight. The whole process was easy and seamless. The repair and installation was done in one day and they cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside of the house, which was a bonus. I also loved that they sent us photos of the installation so that we could see all three stages of their work (before, during and after) afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
