This company has been a pleasure to deal with. They came to fix my skylight and they stood by their work 100%. The installers were very considerate. An example is, at one point I suggested that it would be easier if they use their ladder inside, but they didn't want to just in case it left a mark on my drywall.

The experience I had with this company was wonderful from the time Denis came by for a quote (multiple times upon my request) to Ed and Brian doing a great job! I am very happy with the work. I got multiple quotes and even though theirs wasn’t the cheapest but it is worth every penny. When Ed was installing the skylight, i didn’t feel as though it’s a company that’s only there to install and leave. I felt like I was taken care of. There’s a big difference. I have hired contractors over the years and the final product has been top notch. I would go with them again for sure if I ever needed another skylight.

This is the second skylight I've asked Skylight Unlimited to install. Once again, Ed did a beautiful job. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. The only thing that I was not happy is that he had to leave my job to work on another one and came back later to finish. However, it was nice of him to clean up the place and remove the plastic so that I can use my living room during the time he was away. My family is now enjoying the bright natural light coming in our living room which is facing north that has no direct sunlight. This really brightens our winter days. Also, it looks very beautiful with the raised ceiling.

An absolute pleasure to work with this company. They were very polite, prompt, answered all of our questions and even offered us DIY advice. The installation was a really smooth process and the gentlemen that came to install were wonderful company. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace/install their skylight. Wish you guys installed doors and windows too

From our first phone call to have our old leaking skylight looked at we were provided with prompt and considerate service by the team at Skylights Unlimited.
Denis came by the next day to estimate the repair and Tina kept in constant contact with us while we waited for a window of opportunity with the weather.
When the time came to do the repairs to the skylight we were unable to be home, but Tina assured us that their team could still arrive and do the work.
By the time we got home a new skylight was installed to replace the old one, which was the only evidence of the team being there and the skylight and matched shingles looked great.
We feel fortunate to have chosen Skylights Unlimited Inc. to replace our skylight and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This review is shamefully overdue. We had our skylight installed in August. We couldn’t be happier with our new skylight. It really changed the look of our house, bring in much needed natural light. We highly recommend Skylight Unlimited (Markham) if you are thinking about adding a skylight to your house. You will be dealing with a team of very professional people, from the owner Dennis to installers Ed and Brian. Ed was a builder in the past, so he knew a lot about houses. He checked our attic and roof, told us that everything is in good condition. Besides the magnificent job Ed and Brian had done for our skylight, they also trouble shoot and fixed the mysterious sounds (caused by a loose pipe) in our bed room, now we can finally sleep peacefully at night. Thank you for a job well done, Ed and Brian!

Very reliable and professional . Used a drop cloth and left the premises clean and tidy. Provided before and after photos so no need to climb the roof to check the work.
