I thank you for confidence in our cleaning service. All our teams go through the same level of orientation and training and the expectation is all our staff cleans at the same level of excellence. Just and FYI, not sure if the cleaning crews have mentioned to you, any referral you send our way earns you a $25.00 gift card towards future cleanings.

We value our customer’s feedback as our goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction and we stand behind our work. We appreciate the time you have taken to inform us of your concerns, we're just not sure why they were brought to our attention 12 days after the crew was in your home, followed by pictures that our customer service representative had requested that were emailed to our office an additional 8 days later. Either or our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
As you are aware it was WCB who booked your bi weekly cleanings of two man hours. WCB allowed us 3 man hours for your first cleaning, but 2 man hours on a bi weekly basis.
As 2 man hours was not enough time to clean your entire home your priority list consisted of floor washing. We apologize you were not 100% satisfied. Our processes in place if a concern arises is to send one of our Quality Control Specialists to evaluate the circumstance. We apologize for any inconvenience and we look forward to rectifying your concerns as our goal is that you will be 100% satisfied.
