Marina, Monika and Marsha arrived on time.did a walk through to see what had to be done, what they could not touch, what additional products of mine I wanted them to use and they went ahead and started.not once did I have to correct nor remind them of hoe or what to use. Nice to know people can still clean floors on hands and knees and lift rug edges! They were a great team and listening well! A joy to have in my home. Cheers
