Booked dustqueen to clean my house bi weekly every time they came after they left there were more and more scuffs scratches and damages to my walls. Called company they stated our manager will contact you. They asked for photos and so we emailed them and they said the manager Bill will contact you tomorrow well it's been a month and every time we call we get the same story and they have done absolutely nothing about our complaint. They are just pushing us off until we forget about it and move on. Do not hire Dust Queen. Poorly managed and no follow through! Very upset!

As you are aware it was WCB who booked your bi weekly cleanings of two man hours. WCB allowed us 3 man hours for your first cleaning, but 2 man hours on a bi weekly basis.
As 2 man hours was not enough time to clean your entire home your priority list consisted of floor washing. We apologize you were not 100% satisfied. Our processes in place if a concern arises is to send one of our Quality Control Specialists to evaluate the circumstance. We apologize for any inconvenience and we look forward to rectifying your concerns as our goal is that you will be 100% satisfied.
