We received a detailed quote and product information, and a date suitable to us as to When job would be started and completed From Moffatt Bros. Which would include a complete property cleanup and a 10 year workmanship guarantee.

We then compared the cost , Product information etc with three other Roofing Companies. The Quote From Moffatt Bros was by far the best!!

Moffatt brothers gave us a family experience right from the get go. the gentleman that came to quote our roof sat down to talk with us about our roofing options, materials, products, etc, asked us what we were looking for and inquired about any challenges or problems that needed to be addressed during this project. He provided us with a quote on the spot as well as a realistic idea of when this job could be done. Moffatt was on the ball and was able to squeeze us in in between jobs as our project wasn't a large scale job. Them squeezing us in didn't mean they rushed, they were on time, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. When we had questions they sent a supervisor out to inspect the work and answer questions until we understood and was happy with the work. I would recommend Moffatt to anyone replacing a roof in the near future.

They came in and in 1 day did a complete re-roof job on our house. The job site was immaculately cleaned up and the roof looks great. Super people to work with. many thanks!

They were prompt with the pricing, very quick getting to our house after accepting the contract. We had a small leak they came and fixed before the job was even started. The job was exceptional and every day when I came home from work, you would not have known anyone was there working. We were referred to Moffatt Bros. by a family member when we had an issue with critters breaking into our dormer.

While it was a small repair, and not a full roof replacement, they came quickly and repaired the dormer while we were at work. They worked fast and cleaned up beautifully. We didn't even know they had been there!

On being a relative new comer to Cobourg from Northern Ontario, we have always felt more comfortable dealing with a local business. So after a little research, we chose Moffatt Bros.
We were impressed from the first meeting, where Chris was very helpful without attempting to oversell his product and returned with example option for us to research.
When the operation began all the workers were very friendly and worked diligently all day and returned the next day to complete the contract.
I, as well as, all the neighbours were amazed after the first day at how neat the property was left before they left. One neighbour actually asked if they had been there?
During this era of normally poor contract work on houses, my wife and I are very appreciative with the high class Moffatt operation. Well done!
P.S. I still cannot get over the chap going all around the house with his "Magnetic Lawn Mover" to ensure any roofing nails would be picked up.

Moffatt Bros. strictly follows Ontario safety rules, does excellent work, cleans up afterward and employs seasoned pros who answer your questions, no matter how dumb. There may be cheaper, cost-cutters around, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. In our most recent experience, the crew worked through unbearable heat and humidity to put new sheathing and shingles on our 1870 Ontario Gothic home in central Port Hope.

When we knew we had to get our roof replaced we were advised by a couple of local people to call Moffatt Bros. It was the best advice we could have received. We dealt with Christopher who inspected the roof and advised what needed to be done and gave us a quote. When the workers arrived they not only did a great job on the roof but protected all our shrubs and flowers around the perimeter of our house. When they had completed the job the cleanup was perfect.

I would certainly tell anyone looking for a top of the line roofing company that Moffatt Bros. was the only company they should call.
