I have dealt with Novel Care for over a year and I've been impressed with the professional and courteous way in which they have treated me as a valued customer. I recently had Novel Care, there’re tech who came to my home to install the Ductless , found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable and he was even great with my dog ! He answered all of my questions
and he was very thorough in explaining the operation of the humidifier and how to
maintain it properly. I would not hesitate to
recommend Novel Care to my family and
friends.
