We recently had a new Ductless Heat pump installed by NovelCare . They did a fantastic job. They were very professional from the moment they entered the house to completion. They explained everything that was going to happen throughout the installed and the final product looks fantastic and everything was cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend them. I had numerous quotes done and when dealing with Andrew from there estimating department, I knew after he had left that I would be going with NovelCare for my ductless heat pump install. It is always great to be able to support a local company that takes pride in what they do.
