We had our windows cleaned and not only was the technician from Ram Cleaning Services quick...he was polite, professional and do an awesome job. The price was also very REASONABLE.

From making the booking to Byron showing up to provide the service I am impressed how focused and professional Ram are. They make an appointment and keep it with you - thank you! Byron was clean and efficient and really pleasant to deal with. This is particularly good I believe when you welcome service providers into your home. Thank you Ram. I used Ram Cleaning Services for aerating my lawn for the first time and the staff went the extra mile by doing the final touches with a whipper sniper and a leaf blower. I had my furnace, ducts and dryer vent done! What an amazing job! My heat comes through all my vents perfectly now! The technician was on time, was super efficient, and very respectful! What a great company to use! I will be using them for all my future needs!

Needed some emergency carpet work (small sewer back up affecting about 6 sq. ft). While the rep showed up quickly, the cost quoted by him as 2-3 hundred for everything. When the bill arrived about a week later we were charged almost $700!! Had to harangue the office to get a reduction since it was tantamount to bait and switch - and even then, what I was told would be refunded was not actually the credit I received. The bill was still over $550. Clearly this outfit does not stand behind their employees as I was told only the head office can make estimates, which is really silly when you need emergency cleaning at 10 PM. I would avoid Ram at all costs. Oh yes, they wrecked some of the carpet strips as well. I had to fix those myself. Bottom line: find another place for cleaning carpets.

I dropped off and picked up a wool area rug for cleaning at Ram's facility in N E Calgary. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the cleaning and the professionalism of the employees who were friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Ram cleaning for area carpet cleaning.
