I'm in love with my new front door!
I had a builder basic door as most of the houses in my neighbourhood do and it was letting cold air leak in and had alot of condensation on the inside in the winter, so it was time for a replacement. My friend told me about Aurora as she had hired them to install her new door as well and I loved the look of her door as well (clean lines and modern look). I called around to several places through homestars and although Aurora was not the cheaper quote, i decided to go with them based on the rave reviews and my friends recommendation. I'm so glad I hired Aurora for the job because, my new door looks absolutely beautiful and stands out (in a good way) in the neighbourhood! It definitely adds to my house's curb appeal.

The salesperson (Alon) was very friendly, professional and worked with me to get a look I wanted that fit in my budget. The installers showed up on time and were very professional and cleaned up after they completed the job.

I noticed a spot on the door frame where the paint was nicked (the white base was showing) and called the office to ask them what to do. They ordered me a touch paint at no cost to me to touch it up myself. The lady i spoke with explained that if there were any further issues to call again and they would send someone to take a look and see what can be done. Which was very reassuring to me since it was not a small purchase.

We used Aurora several years ago to replace the windows and some of the doors in our home. Since then I have always recommended them when someone mentions they are looking to do the same. Recently, we had them return to replace windows in our garage and an old wooden slider in our home. As expected, the price was fair and the installers (Vitali & Nicolas) were excellent at their craft. They cleaned up regularly throughout the day and left our place spotless. Overall the experience with Aurora windows has been exceptional - they're straight forward and to the point - so there are no hidden agendas or costs - what the estimate states is what you pay. I used them to replace old woo frame windows and my front door. the install is fast and quality and before they leave they have your agreement.

Follow the agreement - any Smart devices have removed and reinstalled by your service provider. They team at Aurora was happy to assist me but some smart locks connected to your smart home may need to reconfigured.

I will use them to replace my bathroom, bedroom windows and garage door and patio door. From order to install was about 3 to 4 weeks - turnaround was quick even during the pandemic.

Quality of windows are great - all vinyl and team install and ensuring well insulated is outstanding. When factoring costs - if replacing old construction windows to brick-to-brick install consider that if you have blinds they may not fit post install of new windows.

Changing out builder bay window and second bedroom window in front of house. Replaced with triple pane to reduce heat as they face west. Changed color to black also.

Exceptional job by Aurora Windows! We met with Sofia: she was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a large living room window. Vitale came and took measurements; was very friendly. He and his coworker returned to do the install; they were very professional. They went out of their way doing an exceptional job (even replacing rotted framing due to an unknown waterleak) and provided a beautiful finish. Reviewed how to properly open/close the window, remove the screens for easy cleaning and how to regularly maintain window operation. They were polite, friendly and worked non-stop, cleaning the work area thoroughly afterwards. All completed in less than 3 hours. Exceptional workmanship and price. We would highly recommend them and will use them again! 10 stars - no question.

Alon is absolutely fantastic, very helpful with great ideas, the installer Vitale is a perfectionist, very professional and punctual. We would recommend this company to our family, friends. Our experience has been exceptional. In fact this is the third time using Aurora Windows and Doors.
