I must say I have used contractors here and there for obvious home renovations and have never had such a pleasant experience as I have had with this company. Right from the start with the sales rep. Alon. Not only did he give me his input about what things may look like with certain changes I wanted to make (his suggestions made more sense - and not one company even helped in that fashion - thank you Alon!). The installers came on the exact day that was booked, they were very professional and did an absolute fantastic job. Those poor men stayed until everything was completed and cleaned up. I love the new windows and patio door. So much now that I want another new patio door and, of course, replace the rest of our windows.

Aurora Windows & Doors did fine work replacing our old bay window. I'm pretty sure the old one was original to the house, so I imagine getting the replacement fitted properly and placed in the existing hole left by it was not easy. Actually, I observed the whole process and it did not look easy either. I trusted them to overcome whatever issues they may have faced, and they proved true to that trust. I feel the crew went above and beyond as well because, at the onset, I was informed that there would be a bit of a gap left on the interior wall, where the new trim/casement would not cover the same space as the old one, so there would be an inch or two of wall coming out from along the bottom of the frame that would be lacking matching paint to the rest of the wall. I said that we would just have to deal with it later because I was unsure of whether or not we had any remaining matching paint. This did not seem to sit well with the lead man, but I figured that it would have to just be as it would be. BUT to my delighted surprise, when the job was all complete, there was no mismatched space! They managed to get the trim to cover the whole area that the old trim did!
Point being, these guys are great, and I highly recommend them!

When we were in need of a new front door, we interviewed a few companies. We were fairly confident in what we wanted and Alon came to our home, helped us make a few changes to our plan and was totally on board with what we wanted and how we wanted it to appear. The gentlemen who installed our front door were experts in their field and made sure not to cut any corners (figuratively and literally). We are SO happy with the end result and the attention Alon and his team gave to us. We would highly recommend them!
