The owner Felix was great, A pleasure to deal with, The crew was fast efficient and cleaned up like you wouldn,t know they were even there, I would have them back again for more work no problem, And the product installed was Fantastic,, Thanks Again Aurora Windows.

Excellent job done by Aurora Windows. Installers even put new flashing on two windows I wasn’t getting replaced at no extra cost.

They did make quite a dust mess in the house without warning and without using any plastic sheeting.

The salesperson came to discuss the project and cost. I am happy with everything except the installers! They were not that friendly. The guy removed the window shades and after windows were installed, I asked him to re-install the shades. He replied "don't you have a screwdriver to do it yourself?" and then he left!!! Is that a proper customer service?

We had two patio doors to be replaced. One was a basement walk-out that was rotted around and we anticipated it would be a terrible problem. Much to our delight the installers did not even have a second thought - they were great and repaired the entire area and finished the installation with ease and in such a way that we will definitely not have any issues with this door again. Plus we love the doors, good quality. We plan to replace windows next year and will not hesitate to go straight to Aurora. Appreciate the no-nonsense approach!!

We highly recommend this Company. We met with Sofia (Sales) in our home and Felix (President) at the showroom. They explained our options in detail and they did not try to influence us in any way. Vitaly came and took the measurements for all of our windows, a patio door and custom front door. Vitaly and Nick did the installation. They were extremely professional. Vitaly went out of his way to ensure that the leak we have had with our old patio door is no longer an issue. He also showed us how to properly open and maintain our new doors and windows. Both he andNick worked very hard and cleaned all areas of the house when the work was completed.

Aurora windows and doors just installed two windows for me, and did a fantastic job. Here are a few of the things that impressed me most:

1. Customer satisfaction. These guys go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
2. Excellent responsiveness from the beginning, to the very end. They always returned my phone calls, emails and texts quickly.
3. They go out of their way to try to match existing windows/framing where possible. In my case, they provided matching j-mould for no additional charge.
4. They are very neat and they completely clean up the work site when they are done. They are very attentive to ensuring property does not get damaged.
5. Price. Even with having one of highest review ratings, their prices were competitive.
6. The windows look amazing. The manufacturer they use makes great looking windows.

Out of these things, I hold item 1. above to be their best quality. In my case, I noticed something that wasn’t quite right. They immediately came out and advised what they were going to do to fix it. Shortly thereafter the repair was done.

I’m very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use them for my next window installation. Thank you Felix and crew.

I replaced my patio door due to a leak. Aurora windows and doors really impressed me. Not only did they give me the best price but they made the entire process easy. My built in mini blinds look beautiful and no longer leak. Vitaly and his crew are true professionals. They took such good care of my home by covering up their work area and left my place spotless after. I highly recommend this company!
