Rona Home & Garden

I was designing my revised deck in the back yard, I wanted to add another 10 feet to it, so I drew it myself, I went to Rona to get the quote for all the pieces and parts so I would know how much it would cost.
when i got there, they took me around the store and priced out every little piece including nuts and bolts. Then they said they had AutoCad so that they could draw it up with official plans that I could take to the city to get the Permit. I went back in a few days and the plans were there for the addition taht I could take to the city.

I found out that anything over 2 feet high needed a permit, so I scrapped the plans and changed it to just adding stairs to what I already had, but Rona helped price that all out for me too.

It was a great experience and they knew what they were doing

We needed a new door, we were starting to have rot in bottom corner. We picked the door they installed it and did a great job. we were very happy with the work they did.

Friendly service but not very helpful in finding what I need. Everything i needed for the house in one spot. Not the high end quality I was looking for but reasonable. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to others. Ilove the lighting fixtures I bought!

This was my first garden and I really had no idea what I was doing. I went to Rona's and they went above and beyond to help me out, I left with more than I could ever ask for. I would recommend them to everyone!! Thanks again to the amazing staff there!!

Rona's customer service improved a lot over the past few years, then recently again I am finding it difficult to find anyone to assist me with my questions. I hope to see this improve again in the near future
