Parkwood Master Builder

Prior to officially deciding on Parkwood as our builder, we spent several months researching multiple companies, communities, and houses
I bought my first home few months back and just moved-in a month ago in Tamarack.

We bought our new home in 2016. The sales manager Kamal was helpful and patient. The whole process went smoothly. We were satisfied with our new home so far and the warranty service was also good too.

Cara and Jim have been first class during my warranty inspection/servicing. Cara was excellent at keeping us up to date with scheduled service events. Jim thoroughly explained what he was looking out for during the inspection, and even why he was looking out for these concerns. We've even had follow-up services scheduled - after the work was carried out - to ensure that everything was done properly. Very impressed! Commitment to your satisfaction with the home buying experience does not stop after you have taken possession with Parkwood!

I should also mention that there were no major concerns with my home, mainly just cosmetic fixes along the exterior.

Really impressed with our new home. Was a very quick possession and the area manager Jill did a wonderful job getting us into our home. Jill was pleasant and we felt that she was actually there to help us and not just the builder. Very refreshing. Outstanding work done in a fairly timely manner. Great quality build. So far happy in our new home.

I bought a spec home in September and received exceptional service from Kamal. She's smart, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for a home to go through Kamal!! Thus far I'm happy with my home and would say park wood do pay attention to details for their homes.

I'm currently building with Parkwood and the process thus far has been enjoyable. All the trades we had to meet for selections have been great. In particular, Jill for the interior and exterior. It was obvious she knew her stuff very well, and was patient as we worked through different combinations. In addition, I am also appreciative of all the work our sale person, Karen has done and continues to do for us. She has always dealt with our changes and issues with eagerness and a smile, regardless of how many times we changed our minds. She has/is making our build process experience good to great.

We purchased a new single house in Glenrriding on September, 2016. we were so happy living in it and specially appreciate our professional, passional, helpful sales person, Randy Hiebert. The best sales person that pays close attention to our needs; strong ability to communicate clearly; he does what he says and keep his word; very passion and humor man. Great home so far and awesome customer service.
