Parkwood Master Builder

Parkwood Master Builder is a very good and reputed home builder, and we were referred by one of our friends to buy our dream home. The salesperson Ron Torrella was very nice and cooperative. He was always willing to help and his communication was, no doubt, great and of course, on time. He had always a smiling face and positive attitude. Even after we took possession, he still visits our new home from time to time just to make sure that we are happy with our new home. Excellent customer service from him!
The only thing we should mention that Parkwood couldn't maintain the schedule. It actually took longer than committed to deliver home and we were very much frustrated as we were renting a place and we had to pay few months' extra rent for Parkwood! This is not acceptable! This is the only reason we will rate Parkwood as '4'. But I will rate Ron as '5'.

I was referred by a friend to Parkwood Master Builder. There was some issues with regards to additional payments that we need to settle first before we move in, that Parkwood had trouble explaining to us where it came from. (discrepancies I think that stem from us upgrading some stuff for our house, which we paid everytime they ask us to pay) but in the end, when they totalled the amount of the house, they ask us to pay the "remaining balance". We were so stressed before moving into the new house, but just decided to settle it so everything will be done. We moved in the house, with the tub in the master's bedroom not installed yet, they fixed it after almost 2 months of moving in. they initially installed a regular tub instead of a jetted tub. the deck was installed after a month as well, same with the bricks on our entrance. Our home was beautiful though. We love it. And the people were pleasant to talk to.

We moved a month ago and we are very satisfied with our new home in Tamarack Common. We've been renting and we are so happy that we bought this home from Parkwood. They use quality materials and we love the finishing. We always refer Ron to our friends looking for new home in Tamarack, he is very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions and help us out to get this home. He is very professional and always guide us.
With Ron, our dream of owning a quality home became a reality!

Our FIRST NEW HOME at Tamarack Common is being build by Parkwood. I have met Ron Torella, who is very informative about the products and services suited in my budget. Reviews made here is one of the top factors why I trust them to secure a place to live in, NOW, I am the one writing here and I can say, I made the perfect decision. Ron consistently give updates what's going on through the whole process. Possession date will be soon- October and I am positive that Parkwood will always satisfy their clients. Dale Hirsch is the person who has been helping us build our first new homes in Edmonton. The service that he has provided me and my family was exceptional. He was very helpful and was always there to benefit our needs when we were making decisions in designing our new home. He would always take his time to humbly explain everything and never rushed us in the decision process. He was supportive in every step of the way. Throughout the entire process he was outstanding, very respectful and is an excellent listener. If you are looking from someone that you can trust I strongly recommend him.

Our experience has been fantastic with Dale, beginning with preliminary discussions all the way up to removal of conditions on the purchase of our new home. He has been extremely helpful and accommodating to all our of requests and shows sincere care in our happiness and looks out for our best interest. I would definitely recommended Parkwood Master Builder to others looking for a new home based on our experience so far. Dale is a knowledgeable sales manager and has been great to deal with as we move forward in building our home.

We recently purchased a home from Parkwood Master Builders. Although we are still early in the process, Lynda Turner has been incredibly helpful. She is always very quick to respond to our emails, answer questions and keep us informed of progression.
With Parkwood being a "custom builder", we are very happy that we have been able to modify the floor plans to meet our needs, however big or small the change. Having the option of a secondary suite in the basement was a wonderful surprise. Lynda has made the process of these changes and additions very simple and straight forward.
We look forward to working with Parkwood Master Builders and Lynda Turner, over the next number of months.

We purchased a new home from Parkwood, and have finally moved in. It was a little delayed and we seemed to have to overcome some communication issues with the operational/construction arm of Parkwood, but the house was built with quality and we are pleased with the product. One part of the whole process that was consistent and a very good experience was dealing with the area sales manager, Mike Pacey. He is very knowledgeable, and is very quick to find solutions to all problems. We would buy a home from Mike Pacey again in a heartbeat as he cares greatly about the homeowner and understands what the wants and needs of the purchaser are. Keep up the good work Mike!
