The worst experience ever - very poor quality cabinets for the money we paid. Very very rude customer service - just unbelievable how they get away with it. Once they have the installation payment they ignore you and treat you like garbage - just digusted with them.

Let me start by saying that the quality of the cupboards & countertops are GREAT. I absolutely love my kitchen. However, the installation I have great issue with. First, they didn't cover my NEWLY tiled kitchen floor. They proceeded to cut in the middle of my kitchen with NO prep whatsoever to prevent excess garbage and/or damage to the rest of the kitchen. I even explained to them that the tiles were new & very expensive. I asked if they had a shop vac - they said no, they had a broom! I offered our shop vac. I was told they'd use it but there was still a considerable mess of debris every where! I found that to be very unprofessional. This company does not go by the saying, "customer is always right" but rather "you take what we give you". Take your chances.

Barzotti is terrible. They don't stand behind their product. The paint chipped off the cabinets in a short number of years and they refused to stand behind it. Furthermore, their treatment of the customer is poor....they treat you like you're completely unimportant. BEWARE!

Barzotti installed and designed my kitchen. I reached out to them five months ago to have two cabinet doors created. I received the doors two months after the initial two month completion date listed on my contract. I was hoping that after four months my doors would finally be ready but unfortunately they were created in the wrong style and colour. The individuals that sold me and measured the doors became unresponsive and ignored all emails and calls. I had to escalate my issue up to the owner just to receive the bare minium service requirement which was extremely lackluster. The company finally delivered doors in the right colour and style but the measurements weren’t right and installation assistance that they promised never materialised.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They absolutely don't care about their customers and definitely don't make customer sanctification a priority.

The people at Barzotti that were responsible for my terrible experience were named: Debbie, Tom, Bruna and Vince.

Poor Service, Poor workmanship, Poor Customer Service - Not for the customer at all. Never apologised for all the frustration or inconvience but rather always trying to justify their poor service. Would never deal with this company again. Save yourself the hassel and find another cabinet maker

I am so very unhappy with my kitchen. The cupboards are now 20 years old and look hideous. They have been refinished twice.

The house was new when purchased and we have had problems from the beginning. Hence the two refinishes. We found Barzotti very difficult to deal with and they would not own up to the poor quality of their product. The doors are literally pulling apart.

The only avenue we could have gone down was hiring a lawyer or buy new form another company..as money was tight we lived with them.

I would not recommend Barzotti.
I am ashamed to say that my Dad was a friend of theirs and their overall disregard of the issue has been shamefull.

would not recommend hiring this company. Bathrooms were fine, but on large kitchen project - design flaws, fabrication issues, installation issues unresolved after 1 month delaying countertop installation, and poor customer service - very argumentative.
