Great Customer Service

We moved from Durham Region to Simcoe County with two weeks between closings so we also used their storage services. The guys were on time for both the load and unload and were all very friendly. The move went well, no damage to our furniture.

Tricia and Jolene were also great to communicate with.

Crew arrived on time, was friendly, professional and attentive to all our needs and requests. They worked quickly, but took all necessary precautions to ensure our furniture was protected. Price quoted was competitive with no surprises. Would highly recommend Rockbrune to friends and family.

Moving furniture from ajax Ontario to Newfoundland.

Didn't like that they emailed me 3 days before picking up my furniture and said I had to pay a extra $524.00 because they had to pay overtime for picking up the furniture on Saturday. They knew that the pickup was on Saturday when I booked it.

We're sorry that the overtime charges weren't on your estimate from the beginning as they should've been. However, we had intentions of picking it up and it ended up being someone from UVL so once we knew that it was no longer us and that charge had to be added onto your bill we made sure to let you know. We do apologize for not notifying you any sooner.

We hope that everything went well with the move of your household goods.

We dealt with Trisha and her estimate was bang on. The movers on both ends were fantastic. No breakage even though we were stored for 4 days. Very pleased and i highly recommend Rockbrune!
