From start to finish they were nothing short of fantastic! Communication was excellent, customer service was amazing. I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone I dealt with was super professional and polite. They took such good care of my stuff. Moving half way across the country was nerve wracking, but they made life way easier. Moving can be stressful, but Rockburne made it as simple as possible. Everything that was promised was delivered and the teams were on time and efficient. And everything showed up at the final destination on the agreed upon delivery date - nothing missing and nothing damaged. Not much more you can ask for than that!

This was a move that happened at the end of August and I was so nervous that things would not go as planned. It was a complicated move in that the truck had to go to three different locations in Hamilton and then to one more place in Toronto the next day. The move went off as planned. I had nothing to worry about.
The person in charge (Jolene) was quick to respond to emails from me and from my sisters. I had a good idea as to when the truck would be at my place with the stuff I was expecting. The two gentlemen were so polite and conscientious. They made it a point to ensure that my needs were met by putting each piece of furniture in exactly the spot I wanted. Thanks so much Jolene and team!!!

Rockbrune Brothers Moving were effecient, polite, friendly, and professional. This is the 3rd time we have used their services and we highly recommend them.

We had to organize a rather complicated move that involved furniture, books, heirlooms, antiques. It was complicated in that the items required special attention and there were 3 cities and 4 unique locations to coordinate.
The various crews involved were courteous, professional, prompt and very careful. They paid great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them. The dispatch assistant we worked with (Jolene) was most helpful and responsive. Great experience all around!

In trying weather conditions, heat wave, the moving team of two worked carefully and thoughtfully. The cost was lower than the estimate which was good news to top off the day! The company stayed in touch to prepare details well in advance.

We were very happy with the service and professional people. The only thing that we were not pleased with was the broken glass to our coffee table.
