This is a review for their "Toronto" location. They came on June 19, 2013 to do, what one would think is a simple L shaped rail with a brick column in-between and on the end of the other side. That evening Came home to debris and random parts in front of my home and note in the door apologizing for the incomplete work due to technical difficulties and would return the next day. Several follow ups and even another visit to the show room and the job is still not done. It will soon be two weeks from the date they started before they even come back since they do not work weekends, it's a holiday long weekend, and hopefully no rain or we'll never see them again since they don't work in the rain (I understand, safety). Our roof was just done on June 24 and that was done in 1 day. Getting our home exterior painted as well next week and feel that too will get done before this job which we had lined up first. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. It's not an expensive job but you'd think they'd just get it done and avoid the stress from an unhappy customer! I don't think we're the only ones though to be honest which is why the number on their site, even cell phones go straight to voicemail. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Very disappointed.

Very bad experience. Scheduling was nearly impossible. When they finally came, had doubts on job being done right. Plywood on deck swelled and created bubbles underneath vinyl covering and got larger as time went by. Couldn't get them back to repair. Had to get deck contractor to come and redo job. Very disappointed.
