We moved into a new home and were told the home had a security system that was fully operational. I called Paul because we had relied on him for the last 12 years in our last home. The system had never been tested and did not have the many of the features that we needed. He immediately sent out a crew who upgraded the system and had us secure that same night.

Cory came out, and did all the work. Brian stopped by while the work was being done. I was very happy with everything we did, and as a bonus, they were both very professional and pleasant. With a rash of break-ins in the Thornhill region, we called in Pre-Lock to evaluate and suggest solutions to make the house safer. We changed some locks to better quality units with longer reach into the door frame, installed a special "metal sleeve" on a number of side doors that inhibits "kick ins" and boosted some aspects of the alarm system. At all times we were delighted by the professionalism, clean and speedy install and "on budget" ending of the project.
