Lock Surgeon

I had the worst experience dealing with the manager Josh and the owner that would give me his name. Charged $628.95 for a product that 5 other companies quoted me $255-$350. Learned my lesson to get a quote in writing! Price gauging crooks!

We called Lock Surgeon at noon on a Tuesday. They dispatched Rich who arrived in two hours, discussed the options and we decided to go forward. Imagine our delight when Rich was able to give us an appointment the next day. The installation went smoothly and Rich made us feel quite pleased with his installation work, as we know that the windows are now fully secure. I called Lock Surgeon on recommendation from my brother, and I will recommend them to anyone.

Had my keys changed. Process was fast and easy, I didn't really check what a good price of the service was but I saw it was a established company to i went with it.

Broke the key off in our door lock. Had extra keys - inside! Locksmith was able to pull the broken key out without damaging or replacing the lock. Had extras cut, work great. Perfect company if you are in a bind.

Staff provided advice on how to go about re-keying my locks. They were up front with the advantages and some of the risks involved. I had a pleasant encounterment and would return for other services.

We have had to use Lock Surgeon for a couple of different reasons, once was for a lost key that we needed to have them re-key keys for and also to install a combination lock. They are always very professional and great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

We had trouble with our lock and we asked the lock surgeon to come and fix the problem. The work was done in a professional and prompt manner. In fact, the gentleman described what he was doing at each stage and offered suggestions to my advantage.

We had lock surgeon over last week, they were quick!!! Arrived in about 3 hours and changed are locks. I noticed in there flyer that they also repair garage doors. I asked Josh "the man at our house" to look at our garage door but he explained that it would have to be a different group of guys that come out who are trained in garage doors. I phoned and they had JJ and Danny at my house in a hour. They looked over my door, tightened things up and let me know everything looked good. Fast service and really nice technicians.
