Mitsubishi is very energy efficient, quiet and slim.2. Sam is very knowledgeable with the product and provided me with the pros and cons of the unit and he easily responds to my call for questions. 3. Installation was done by professional guys "they know what they are doing".

When my water heater and furnace recently broke down, Sam came to the rescue. He explained very clearly how my existing system had been working, and then laid out some other, more cost-efficient options that were possible. He explained the various pros and cons of different installation options and set-ups in my specific situation as well as the short-term and longer-term up-front and/or operational cost savings gained with each option.

On the installation day, the technicians went above and beyond. It is clear they take great pride in their work. Peter especially, dealt with some challenging venting and ducting issues with ingenuity and grit. They worked an extra long day to ensure the system was ready to be used that evening.
