Rob was on time for the appointment, and a pleasant person. He repaired the furnace with a Control card he had in his service vehicle once he diagnosed the problem.
I would strongly recommend Rob and Apri's to manage our furnace and AC issues.

Ryan identified that the wiring was never connected from the smaller furnace to the fresh air flute for the upstairs heat. Connected wiring, functioned tested flute opening & closing with furnace kicking in and out. We are goods to go now. Thanks, Ryan.

Darryl and Scott were excellent technicians and Wendy in the Call centre was also very helpful. Helped us get through the holidays. Apri was competitive and responsive during our entire time. Will go with them again.

Our furnace was not heating and after some light troubleshooting we knew it was outside of our ability. I called Arpi's and had an appointment booked the same day with our technician Vanessa. She arrived right in the middle of our 2 hour window, sending a text ahead to notify us which was perfect as our daughter was napping and we could let her know not to ring the doorbell.

After some serious troubleshooting I'm confident she's resolved our challenge and our heat is back, she also made several notes of things to keep in mind which are great for future reference. We've had what appears to be limit switch issues on a regular basis but I feel the diligence Vanessa placed into our visit actually looked at some of the deeper root causes. She took great attention to validate the problems rather than just replacing anything of suspect and this came in much less than I would have expected in overall cost. She was an absolute pleasure to have visit our house and would recommend her and Arpi's to anyone needing help with their furnace.

Technician Kent was extremely thorough in his problem diagnosis, examining all aspects of the furnace, but kept cost in line with very rapid work processes. Not only did he repair the furnace, but cleaned out many year's accumulation of oxide from the burner recesses. Superb service!

This is the first job with Arpi's Industries in my new house construction just completed in Cambrian Heights. Arpi's provided expert advice during design and tendering time. Arpi's completed the plumbing and HVAC system flawless and efficiently. Prices are reasonable and competitive, but they are not cutting corners. Arpi's used good quality and commercial like material. Tradesmen are hard working, experienced and courteous. The foreman in particular, is knowledgeable and responsive even at time-off.

I just had ARPIS in to service the blower fan on my furnace. The service tech was Vanessa and she was very knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't mind me shadowing her and bombarding her with HVAC questions. As a new home owner, this was a nice touch because there's a lot to lean about!
