Derek was prompt, professional and very friendly. He was very respectful of our home and took his boots off when moving from the front to backyard. He explained what he would be doing and kept me informed as he was moving from task to task. I really appreciated his professionalism. Thank you for the great experience. We had maintenance completed on our A/C on June 5,2017 by Technician Derek S. We found Derek to be" Very Polite"," Well Groomed" and "Knowledgeable and Thorough". He left the inside and outside work areas very clean. Thank-you Derek for your excellent service and attention to detail.

Don did the annual service to the furnace, air-conditioner and 4 ductless units and heat pump. He was very thorough, clearly explained what he was doing and was very personable.

Had a new furnace installed by Haven Home. The technicians took all of the pieces of equipment that were no longer in use (humidifier, air cleaner) away at no extra cost. They even took the time to clean the coil for my air conditioner, which was not supposed to be part of the installation! The cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the technicians and the whole team was outstanding! Above and beyond what I expected!!

39 minutes work and this is what they charge. Disgusting fir a very simple wiring job. Lost all my business - made sure friends also heard about their "policies". This is after being a loyal customer spending thousands. Never even called me back.

We've used Haven Home Climate Care to clean our gas furnace for about 10 years. They actually installed our furnace for us too! Very professional, reasonably priced and very friendly service. We moved and are on oil now but once we switch to gas we will definitely be calling them again!
