Legacy Kitchens Calgary

I chose Legacy Kitchens for my kitchen and bathroom renovations last year. Right from the beginning I found everyone person I had contact with at Legacy to be so professional and helpful in helping me choose the right cabinets and trim and door handles that would work for my space. They made this part of the renovation so easy and I didn’t worry about anything. Everything turned out fantastic and even the minor adjustments required after the project was completed was quickly dealt with. I would highly recommend Legacy Kitchens and I really like the quality of my cabinets.

We used legacy kitchens for a full renovation of a 30 yr old kitchen. It was a difficult redesign as the kitchen is a galley shape, so we were pleased that Legacy provided us with help from Suzi, one of their designers. Suzi got us through the complex process of design, materials, and function. I couldn’t have done the reno without her. The cabinetry they used has a simple design, functional and attractive. We got a great kitchen and are pleased with the quality and appearance at an acceptable price. Legacy did their best to ensure we were satisfied with the result.

Our project was over a year in the making, Suzi our Designer did a great job. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions, and figured out solutions for any obstacles. We already had an idea of what we wanted, and Suzi worked with us very well to achieve the look. Once the plans were all agreed on, it took about eight weeks for the kitchen to be built. The installation went very well, Michael, the installer in our area worked 12 hour days to get the project done in time. I have included a picture of my favourite addition to our kitchen, the pull out spice cupboard. We also hid the microwave and the small appliances behind garage doors, leaving a very clean and uncluttered look for our new kitchen. I loved working with Legacy, nothing was written in stone, if something did not work as it was suppose too, they made changes as we went. They built the corner cupboard on site to make sure it fitted properly. We love the end result and have had many compliments.

The product and choices offered by Legacy Kitchens are amazing. Even more so, our Legacy Designer, Paul, had extensive experience to enable us to make the choices that would work for us. He went over all of the details by showing us examples in the showroom. All of the Legacy staff were well organized and very professional. We really appreciated the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of the Reno Coordinator, Talisa, and the Follow-up Service of Mike. Kitchen renovations could be very stressful, we are so glad that we went with Legacy.

I recently hired Legacy to work with us on our complete kitchen remodel. From our first meeting with our designer we established a great professional rapport and I was most pleased that she genuinely listened to our needs and wish lists. She worked VERY well within our budget and her approach was refreshing! She never tried to “up sell” us into something outside of our budget. She has a vast knowledge on design, functionality and seeing potential in spaces. She was beyond exceptional with her prompt and effective communication, and she was a pleasure to work with. Her approach is authentic and genuine and we couldn’t be more pleased with how our new kitchen looks, functions and is everything (and more) than what we asked for or expected. I would a thousand times over recommend the team at Legacy as their team was professional and the install was timely and absolute perfection! In November 2018, my rental kitchen flooded. Legacy said it would be 3 weeks to complete, this is the end of June and it is still incomplete. Cabinets are falling apart and a very shoddy job

I thought a big box store might be easier and more convenient for me. I went to 3 big box stores before I went to Legacy. At Legacy, I found their Designer, Allison, made a big difference. She had the knowledge and information for lay-outs and ideas for functionality. I didn't have to compromise for colour or style, I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted a specific colour and Allison suggested a particular cabinet that I had custom painted in exactly the colour I wanted. Allison offered an experience that was far superior to a big box store and the price was better. I was thrilled.

After fund raising for 18 months we were finally in the position to replace part of the existing 1950s kitchen in our Church. After dealing with several different suppliers we decided to go with Legacy Kitchens. Two individuals stood out and took our project on as if it were their own, Kim our designer and Anton our installer. Kim met with us on numerous occasions coming up with an excellent design and color scheme, getting the most we could for the funds we had available. Anton was a master at working with the challenges of an older building and worked late to ensure the project was installed on schedule. Both are very professional but also a lot of fun. We did consider other suppliers, however, when we added the extra charges that were included in Legacy’s pricing they were the way to go.
We are very glad we chose Legacy because of their customer service, attention to schedule and the great individuals we worked with. We look forward to them completing the second half of our project with them! Fellowship and PR St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Calgary

We were very impressed with Legacy and would not hesitate to recommend them. We had trust and confidence in Legacy because they did what they said they would do. If they were running behind, they stayed late to keep the project on time. The Designer, Paul, did an exceptional job! He could visualize a plan for us and he explained our options and how Legacy worked. Legacy was very professional from the day we met with Paul, through to the project completion

Exceptional service from both Robert of Legacy Kitchens and Dale Fraser, the contractor. Everything was done on schedule and there were no hiccups in the process. I would recommend Legacy Kitchens and Dale to anyone who asked me who did our fantastic kitchen and family room reno.
