Our very old AC started leaking. It actually still works pretty well but we thought this leak might be the end. We called AirHeating and Renato came over very soon after. He made a simple, fast, repair. We are super happy with his work and the timeline for the repair- excellent. We recommend.

The coil on my twenty-three-year-old air conditioner started to freeze up. My neighbour recommended calling Renato, he was over at my house within hours and clearly explained what needed to be done. When it came to the day for installation him and the team of people working with him were so polite and professional. He has been really great with follow-up calling me the next day as well as a week later to make sure everything is fine. When it came to the price he stuck to it with no extra stuff added after the fact. I was the one that decided to replace the furnace he did not pressure me into that at all, the furnace was also 23 years old and I thought it was also needing a change. Renato called me back as soon as I requested a quote on homestars, examined the old A/C unit and attempted to repair it (it was 21 years old and the motor was gone). Honest, straightforward and true to his word he came 3 days later, at 8AM on a Sunday and installed a new unit for the exact cost quoted. Left the area clean and neat, basement also clean and neat. A few days ago our furnace suddenly wasn't pushing heat. It was running but the temperature kept plunging. Renato was there within half an hour even though he had his day planned with other customers. He was concerned that we needed a new furnace as ours was at the magical 10 year point, but found that the electrical panel was compromised as a result of weekly power outages by Toronto Hydro. Fortunately he had the part in his van. He had the heat working again within the hour in his usual charming and jovial manner. A gem!

Received Renato's contact from our regular HVAC person who was not available at the time. Our furnace broke down on Thursday night and Renato was able to come in and replace it the next day. He walked me through my options including fixing the existing furnace or replacing it. He explained to me the benefits and risks of repair and left it up to me to decide how to proceed. He gave good honest advice and didn't try to push me one way or the other. His work was professional, efficient and well done. Thanks!

We have asked Renato for assistance on numerous occasions. This time it was in regard to official warning tags issued by gas company technician who showed initiative to find non-compliance regarding our furnace and water heater.
