We had our furnace replaced recently by Renato and Slavic, and they did a very good job. It wasn't a very straightforward installation, ours being an old house, but they put in the extra effort to find satisfactory solutions for all the issues. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a licensed contractor to replace our furnace + a/c. Renato offered very competitive price, he answered all our questions regarding the equipment, installation process, goverment rebates available and we decided to go with him.
He and his installer showed up on time and worked hard all day. They were very professional. After they finished they cleaned all the bits and pieces, and sweaped the floor. They left the job site cleaner than it was before the installation.

I had an old furnace that needed changing and an upgrade - thought I'd take advantage of some of the rebates out there before winter hits. Renato was the first guy to show up and my first choice. He's prompt, sociable and a total pro with no b.s. He went straight to the basement gave the furnace and space a once over and made his suggestions keeping in mind my budget and what my house required. What I liked best was that he never tried to up-sell or make suggestions for needless extras. He showed me the catalogue of options made his suggestions gave quotes and then left it with me to decide. When my budget got tight due to electrics going over I gave him a call and for 10% he bought the furnace and put it on hold for me until I could come up with the funds so that I could still get the discount for the unit before the deadline passed. He aloud me to work out a payment plan with him and was good enough not to charge interest on what was already an incredible quote. He checked in with me close to the re-scheduled date and called the night before to let me know what time they'd be showing up in the morning. He and his colleague, Slavic, arrived exactly on time. They were always friendly, efficient, and tidy. He not only helped me claim my rebate there at the dining table, he also fixed a damaged vent attachment at no extra cost. I looked around before deciding on Renato and he's the best price in town. When people asked what I paid, I'd tell them and they'd say they wished they'd called him when they were getting theirs. These guys were in and out in four hours after checking the output of all the vents in the house and giving me a tour of the new furnace and thermostat. Can't say enough good about these guys. After having my ducts cleaned, my furnace was not functioning; Renato came quickly and assessed the situation. He gave me a price and timing on having a new furnace installed.
He was true to his word, showed up when he said he would and took obvious pride in his work. Any parts of the venting from the furnace were replaced and he cleaned up everything, he even swept the floor before he left.
I would not hesitate to recommend Renato and his company to anyone asking for a referral and will not hesitate to call him for any future needs I may have.

After experiencing difficulties with an old furnace, we contacted Renato and asked for his expertise. He advised us that the best solution would be to install a high efficiency furnace since the old one was outdated. He thoroughly explained how long it would take to install and what the task entailed. He gave us some time to do independent research, all the while respecting our questions and paying close attention to our concerns. Once we gave him the go-ahead, he was a man of his word, punctual on the date the work commenced; he remained very efficient and his work was very detail oriented and completed in a timely fashion. In fact, the work was completed earlier than his prediction. He and his assistant did a fabulous job, exerting a high level of professionalism, and I would highly recommend him to anyone! All in all, he provided excellent skilled work and assured us that if we had any further questions or concerns we would be more than welcome to contact him. As we get older there is a valid fear when any repairman enters your home. My experience with Renato was excellent and my fears were put to rest the moment I met him. He is an honest and very thorough worker who treated me warmly and respectfully. In the world today not all of our experiences are positive but this one certainly was.

Furnace would not turn on one week ago. Called company that installed the furnace seven years ago. Their serviceman come twice, but could not locate problem. It was very cold first several days of October 2010. Was desperate for warmth, but nothing was happening. Called Air Heating Plus company that services furnaces. Serviceman, Renato Boskovic come immediately. Spent good 1.5 hr. testing and locating the problem. Found the problem. Arranged himself Reliable Home Comfort as authorized service company for my furnace manufacturer, told them what part to bring and pleaded that they come immediately. Using his time, his association, but did not even wanted to be paid for service call. This should be known, that humanity still has people in service industry that would do service out of compassion for elderly and sick, as I am.
Then one outstanding professional is in good association with other outstanding professional at Reliable Home Comfort who sent me Walter White.
The same day Walter come with part as was advised by Renato. I showed him furnace in the basement. Went upstairs to pour him glass of juice. And come down to hear furnace working and Walter just closing panels.
It was like a miracle. Clean, neat, professional in every respect. Total satisfaction and highest recommendation to both man, Walter White and Renato Boskovic, from both companies: Reliable Home Comfort and Air Heating Plus.
