This was the third time I used Iftikhar, and like the previous two occasions, I was very impressed with his knowledge. I found his suggestions and proposed treatment to be very helpful.

The assigned tech came and removed the hornet's nest in no time. Was high up on the roof of the house, and looked solid, but it was paper thin much to my surprise, as I was not aware that it could be so, so removal was done in a snap. This was the first encounter with this insect for us after living in the home for over 15 years. Will now keep an eye out and watch to see if the queen returns to build/nest again, as springtime approaches, hopefully not. Thank you Pesticon, job well done!
