Clean My Space

We contracted Clean My Space to clean our new apartment before we moved in. Our landlord was present during the cleaning and reported to us that the cleaning staff were mostly talking and mostly not cleaning.

We returned to find that 90% of the work was incomplete after 6 hours of 2 people cleaning. Cupboards had a layer of grease, cobewebs were everywhere, baseboards were untouched etc...

When we complained to the owner of Clean my Space she refused to accept that her staff had not completed the job and offered 2 hours free cleaning time. Unfortunately it was too late as we were already moving in to the apartment. Not to mention we were unconvinced that another 2 hours cleaning would produce results.

As you can imagine I would not recommend using Clean My Space.

My condo had a tenant move out who did not do a great job of upkeep. This was a brand new unit prior to that person leaving and CleanMySpace returned it to it's former glory. A quick review of the job, efficient and flexible staff provided what can only be described as exceptional service. I don't normally do reviews, but this service was so good I would like to recommend CleanMySpace to anyone considering regular or end of term cleaning.

The Clean My Space team was friendly and professional. Communication via e-mail and phone was efficient and made it very simple to arrange my condo moving day cleaning. My condo cleaning was superb. The place looked like new and has never been cleaner! All expectations were met and the cleaning checklists put my mind at ease. Thanks to Melissa and Imelda for making my experience stress-free!

I was quite skeptical about cleaning services. Many do crappy jobs and just take your money. But you can trust Clean My Space, for they do a great job, customer service actually exists and is prompt and flexible. This is the real deal. No fake people, real hard working cleaners etc.
No need to look for trustworthy cleaning services, for Clean My Space is THE ONE. CBC doesn't scam you (mostly lol) and Clean My Space proved to me personally and not just through the media that they are very professional and real. I researched online for weeks and by calling other maid/cleaning services but nothing matches the quality and most importantly, you can trust them. I believe Trust can be a huge issue since you let them in your home etc. Trust me, Trust CleanmySpace! Trust Melissa and her trusty Blackberry and her instant replies!

They provide weekly cleaning service for my apartment and ironing as well. Overall I've been happy with the service - a couple of times things weren't as I expected, however they were very good about following up and ensuring that I was satisfied.

I booked Clean My Space based on the high rating they received on this site and wasn't disappointed! I arrived home late at night to a shiny wood floor and spotless kitchen, bath and living room. The customer service is great, plus they use natural cleaners where possible. I'm going with a regular bi-weekly service and highly recommend you try Clean My Space.

Excellent. Like booking through Melissa herself. Melissa came with the workers, introductions, expectations, etc. Works for BOTH condo owner and worker to be specific what can be done/can't be done in time. EVERYTHING agreed to was done very well. They are bonded workers and like fact company takes care of their workers. Products -- first time I liked ECO-Cleaning products which cleaned as well as toxic-products. Melissa purchased products and ready to go. Liked option list of what needed and Melissa can purchase for you (reasonable price). Like paying options and going through Melissa who overseas work. Highly recommend.

Clean My Space is very reliable! I value being able to rely on them being there when I expect and doing an exceptional job. Everyone I have met has been very friendly which is especially important to me since I have two cats. I trust Clean My Space to care for my home as I would if I had more time.

I can’t say enough how pleased we’ve been every time we’ve come home after a "Clean My Space" visit! We’ve used several other companies in the past, and I’ve always noticed that things tended to slip a bit as time went on. The thing I love about "Clean My Space" is that I haven’t seen that at all – every time is as wonderful and thorough as the first, which is so important when you have two humans, three cats, a HUGE dog and so little free time to keep things spic and span! I'd recommend Clean My Space to anyone who will listen!

I have hired other cleaning services in the past such as Molly Maid and independent cleaners found in newspaper ads. Such experiences have left bad tastes in my mouth and I was certain that I would never use such services again. Well, not until I met Ms. Maker from Clean My Space. After our one-on-one meeting I was not hesitant at all to give Clean My Space a try, and I am so glad I did. Attention to the smallest details, coupled with friendly/reliable service at an affordable price has convinced me to secure weekly cleanings with Clean my Space!
