I was given Mike's name from a good friend and I was extremely pleased with our initial contact where he had me email photo's of the taps and gave me pricing information. He arrived on time and went to work right away. He explained what they did and was personable, professional and the price was exactly as promised. I highly recommend him! Thank you Mike :)

We have used Aviv before and was fully satisfied with the knowledge, honesty and service. When water leaked downstairs from a shower upstairs, we did not hesitate to call Aviv again and did not bother to ask upfront how much the cost will be, which was was a mistake. The service this time was unfortunately less satisfying. Actual work incl. diagnosis probably only took an hour or.so Still not clear why we were charged so much for tightening the pipes and caulking the loose hardware/faucet. As I did not get the comfort that the work done solved the problem, I asked the technician whether there is a warranty which he indicated no as there may be other problems. This gave me less comfort in trusting the service. For now, I still have a bucket and towel below the leak area just in case.

Needed to replace the main stack in our just acquired house due to a leak (and ensure that we didn't have any further water damage). Michael and team assessed the situation, were very clear on what had to be done, and managed the do the job promptly, carefully, and on budget. Would (and will) definitely use them again!

Michael provided excellent service repairing a faucet that had come apart and two others that needed to be centered. He is very professional, knowledgable and efficient. He also provides information on things that may need to be addressed in the future. Michael is warranty contractor for Rubinet plumbing among aothers. I was there to get some parts and was introduced to him. He was at my home the same day, my problem was fixed in short time - work was professional, neat and above all he fixed what i had called him to fix.

Michael and his co-op plumbing student arrived early (calling first to make sure that was okay) ... put covers over their shoes at the front door ... and then set to work.

The plumbing job was done quickly, neatly, professionally. (I later asked for some advice on a bigger job and was very pleased to hear Michael's clear-cut, no-nonsense view of how best to handle it. He is a real pro.)

Very happy to have found Aviv Plumbing; will certainly call Michael again. Highly recommended.

Cold called Aviv plumbing suspecting a broken pipe. Technician arrived in an hour quickly diagnosed the source of the leak which was concealed behind a wall. Removed a small section of bathroom tiling rerouted the pipe stopping the leak and restoring water. The owner Michael joined the technician to complete the job. They removed the debris from the repair and cleaned up the work site. Considering three hours earlier I was looking at a pool of water on the floor and lost water pressure, I consider myself fortunate that the whole problem was resolved for less than five hundred dollars. In addition every was pleasant and informative in dealing with a harried homeowner. I highly recommend using this firm in the future.

My bathtub drain was totally clogged and I tried to unclog it with baking soda/vinegar/salt/hot water and other natural methods. I spent an entire day checking online for other solutions , but had no success and was totally frustrated. I did not want to call a plumber. However, 24 hours later, defeated and dejected I caved and call a friend for a referral. As luck would have it, she referred Michael and he quickly,efficiently and professionally unclogged my drain - he was super clean, knowledgable, honest and a really nice guy. FYI- using natural method would have not worked in my situation. Only a professional plumber had the tools and know how to effectively clear the mess/dirt/hair trapped inside.
