We have used YFCV for home staging and moving clients' belongings in and out of storage for over 10 years, so many times I can't even count. We have had consistently pleasant, professional, fast and reliable service. We find they are the perfect blend of professional and personable - they just show up and get to work. Have also recommended them to friends and family who have been very happy.

I had a heavy buffet that I wanted to move from my dining room on the first floor to my office on the second floor. My experience with this company was positive from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and spoke loudly and clearly ( important to me as I am hard of hearing). The arrangements were made quickly and efficiently and since it was a small job they could fit me in straight away. They arrived on time, laughed at my idea of heavy and moved the buffet quickly and efficiently. Since it took so little time the guys even asked me if there was anything else they could do for me! I would definitely recommend this company.

I have used YFCV 4 times now and every time I have been very pleased. They are punctual and with a friendly team. They are efficient and work quickly, and always able to accommodate any changes in plans. If and when I need to move again I will not hesitate to contact them.

After calling a number of moving companies for help moving a heavy piece of exercise equipment and receiving a series of really high quotes for a simple job, I got a reasonable answer from Your Friend With a Cube Van. They worked with me to come up with a price that made sense for the job in question by tacking it on to a job in the neighborhood.

The movers were professional, courteous and efficient.

Great people. Booking an appointment was pain free. I did it pretty last minute and they came out on a Friday evening. The store messed up and gave two of the same piece for my sectional. They came with me the following week again (on a Friday evening again) and got it done. Highly recommend.

I called this company last minute to arrange packing and moving. They were very professional and took care of all my belongings. Would use their services again in a heartbeat.

3 hours late for the moving (very stressful as the condo building initially had a hard deadline for moving). They were meant to come for 2:00PM and didn't show up till 5:25PM.

The actual moving guys were nice, but overall, would not recommend as it was very unprofessional being that late and also they ended up damaging my dresser so now it has deep scratch marks on it.

In terms of the damaged dresser, I contacted them with pictures the same night of the move (when I noticed) and they did nothing to follow up or rectify the situation.

I am so happy i used "Your friend with a Cube Van to Move" as my experience was perfect.... stress free, fast, reasonably priced and the people were great. From the moment i called their customer service everything was so easy. The women i spoke to were so helpful, nice and reassuring that the process would be stress free, on time and they had everything i needed interms of extra packing supplies. Jhon & Carlos showed up right on time and they were awesome guys. They worked so hard and so fast and when we got to the storage unit i was putting my stuff in, it truly looked liked there was no way everything would fit....but these guys were like engineers and put everything in so perfectly literally like a perfect game of Jenga (i think they both are studying in the area of engineering and it showed, such smart guys)...Also at the end i so enjoyed chatting with Jhon and Carlos as they are both such good human beings! The team at YFCV are simply the best. Professional, caring, fast and careful are the top words that come to mind and all things we valued in a moving company. We're repeat clients; after a successful move five years ago we didn't hesitate to call them again. Probably not the cheapest movers in the city, but the quality you get is more than worth it. The only constructive criticism was the back-end processes could be streamlined but everyone was so friendly it didn't really matter.

Denis, the company owner, was on hand to supervise his courteous staff. They moved everything efficiently and carefully - not a scratch on anything, including the walls. I was particularly impressed by the great relationship between the owner and his staff. It was a pleasure having them come to my home.
