Woodchuck Flooring

We are very happy with the installation of our floor. We have had past experience with the same installer. He worked incredibly hard and did a beautiful job. We had agreed to a flat rate based on a full day's work. It took less time, and I would have been a bit happier if the company had billed accordingly, as they knew that the installer had finished early. Overall, we are very pleased with the job. It looks great!

I love my new floors. Woodchuck was very quick clean and my floors look spectacular. They refinished my exisiting stairs to match my new floors which I was told would not be possible by others. I could not possibly expect more and I would recommend Woodchuck to everyone.

We Had Woodchuck Install A prefinished Hardwood Floor on the main floor of our House. I'm very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable, and the workmanship was excellent. The only little complaint I have was that it took a little bit longer to get the workers to my house than I had expected. Once they started though they finished in two days. Overall it took two weeks from when I signed the contract. I was told that this is to be expected during peak summer construction season. Still to be fair, it was worth the wait

On the plus side, they were able to start right away, finished on time, price was fair, they were honest and they did a pretty good job. On the minus side, they couldn't match the stain on stairs (probably not their fault) but didn't tell me that until the job was well underway so now my stairs don't look like the rest of the floor they didn't have time to do stairs. The workmen left cigarette butts in the neighbour's garden, which is annoying. Also, I wasted a morning off work waiting for the boss to show up never did show. They also did a so-so job on some minor repairs.

We got their name off Holmes on Homes website. They installed engineered hardwood flooring in our condo and did a fairly good job. We wanted a smooth transition from our wood floor to our carpet as we had a crawling baby to think about. Initially they installed a metal edge which was sharp, but did come back & replaced it with wood as we had originally discusses when we were not satisfied. The did leave the quarter round 5" too short on one wall & were supposed to come back and fix it, but never did and now we are moving so we did not follow-up.

Used them over 4 times and they are outstanding everytime. From George at the top to the service guys, excellent
