Welda Windows & Doors

I contacted Welda Windows for a quote to have all my windows replaced in my house and I had fourteen windows, the company sent out their representative Jimmy Rosati to provide me with a quote.

Jimmy arrived on time and was so pleasant and knowledgeable, I showed him around the house and he sat down and worked out a quote of $7700.00 to replace all my windows, Jimmy explained the process and showed me the various windows that were available and showed me the savings that I would save on my heating bills.

I explained that I needed financing and he told me that I could apply for financing with Home Trust which I did and I was approved so I went ahead with the order.

The installer arrived to take measurements and I asked him if he could rush the order and he said that he would do his best.

I then spoke with a lady named Mercedes who was so pleasant on the telephone and answered all my email questions right away. Mercedes shortly after I met with the installer emailed me the installation dates which were exactly what I was hoping for.

the windows were installed on time and the installers were so neat and tidy and I am totally pleased with my windows and the installation of the windows.

I have to say that my experience dealing with Jimmy Rosati, Mercedes and the installer was excellent and I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. This process was so smooth and on time.

Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. The product and the design was delivered and installed as agreed. For us this was most important. We loved the fact that Jimmy personally did a follow-up call ensuring that we like the product including the look of the design. Absolutely first rate all around!! We had several companies provide quotes for our entry doors and basement doors, but was impressed with Jimmy's and based on that went with Welda for the doors. Not only that, also decided to give Welda the job of replacing all our soffits and eavestroughs. Yuri did a great job with the soffits/eavestroughs. and as with all the other reviews, Longin was exceptional in his work with the doors. He even went the extra mile to match our existing door casings with the new doors so they don't look out of place.
The office staff was also amazing. Our entry door hardware was backordered and wouldn't be available for the installation date, but she said it wasn't a problem and will get Longin to come back again once I get the hardware. That is fantastic customer service.
I will praise Welda's team and products to everyone.

Welda was not the cheapest quotation that we got, but Jimmy's presentation really convinced me to go ahead with them. And my wife and I don't regret that decision. The result was really good. The windows look really nice. But I am especially impressed with the man who install two external steel doors. His name is Longin. I have to tell you and everybody else that Longin has done a wonderful job. The result is beyond my expectation. The doors are nice and the installations are neat and clean. He took his time to ensure the job gets done properly. I could not recommend him enough to do doors installation. If I were to install another door, I would certainly ask no other man but Longin to do the installation.

This company is fantastic! We are extremely happy with our new windows, doors and eaves. We had 12 windows, including a large bow window, and 2 doors installed plus eaves replaced for the whole house. It was great value for the money! The finished product looks amazing. The new windows, doors and eaves totally transformed the look of our house and we have had many compliments on it. We also used this company for windows installation in our old house in Toronto. They did a great job there too. Tony and his crew for the windows and doors installation were very fast and efficient. They were always willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. Very nice people. We had one issue with the eaves installation but this was fixed to our satisfaction by Yuri. The eaves for the whole house were completed in just one day much to our surprise. Robert the sales manager was extremely helpful with our initial quotes. He is the main reason we chose this company in the first place. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbours and will use them again for future projects.
