We recently purchased new windows & door from Welda Doors & Windows, and the entire experience was excellent. The sales person was very knowledgeable, understood our needs, offered great suggestions and the most competitive price. The installation that followed was very professional and the installers were very courteous, clean and even helped move some furniture since I have a bad back.
Three months later, we noticed a slight imperfection on the front door which was only evident when the sunlight hit the door at a certain angle.
We reported this to the sales person and head office and they were very understanding, acknowledged our concerns and offered to replace the new panel at no cost. Last Saturday the installer came and carried out the replacement in no time. The door looks beautiful.
We have been extremely pleased with Welda products & service, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
