Weatherall Plumbing

Don and his son run their family plumbing business. Don is very unprofessional. I set up a time with him to come and fix my sump pump. I took a day off from work and he never arrived at the appointed time. He did not call to cancel or apologize. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I called his office number and spoke to his wife (works as his secretary) and she said she'll pass on my message to him and he'll contact me back. He never called back. Finally, after 3 days he dropped by and finished the job. But left the mess behind. He's not at all trust worthy and i'll never call him for any plumbing job in my house.

I have given this company lots of money from myself and from referrals. A dishwasher install should have been cheaper and was done poorly. Don was supposed to call BEFORE the job was started to quote me. It's not even about the money (as others were $170ish) Instead it was just done without telling me the cost and my wife paid him. Screws were popping out of the bottom plate 3 hours after and all garbage and mess was left in my house. When asked about the plastic film on the new dishwasher, he told my wife "well I'm not going to take it off for you". His son/helper is very nice and helpful. Don is not. I would not recommend nor use him again.

Avoid this company at all costs. They were called in to review plumbing and install a few runs to code. They spent 8 hours doing the work for $ 2500, ($ 300 per hour for 2 guys), and complained that they didn't get paid more. We found out that some of the work wasn't even up to Code. They come and go when they please. Terrible experience with a terrible company.

On Boxing Day in 2007 we had a plumbing problem that required attention right away, I called Don and he came over a few hours later to look at the leak. He went out to his truck got some parts did what he had to do, while showing me at the same time,and then was on his way, could have been a costly fix being on a holiday but Don was nice enough to do a good deed at Christmas.
