Bought a black leather couch (folds out into a bed or allows a deeper back incline with 2 easy clicks) in Jan. '06 for our condo - great price and looks like the Mies' Barcelona series.
Service was friendly and efficient (we dealt with Kyle).
Delivered on time. Some installation was reqd. - was included in the price and done in a professional manner.

The delivery guys were very polite and even disposed all the recyclable packaging in our common disposal room and cleaned up after the work was done.
The couch has worn well, very comfortable even when used as a bed, cleans easily and the fold-out click mechanism is effortless.
It has been a pleasure to deal with this company.
