Piero and Tony came to asses and spent about an hour discussing what would look right with our kitchen, although we did not do full kitchen reno, they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and told us only what we needed, not like other companies that just try to sell you everything they can. The installation was done by Tony and Willy and they were so thorough. I'm glad i chose them over they other company I originally had. Love my Kitchen, Thanks so much guys!

We hired Valentini Kitchens for a full blown renovation. It required a complete rip out of the existing kitchen and putting in a new one. As well, we added a twelve foot long pantry against one wall which included a cut out for a television. Piero and his team were absolutely incredible. They were methodical in their work, paid attention to every detail of the renovation. Everything was done with precision. They were polite, very pleasant and on time and more importantly on budget. We have recommended them to a number of our friends and will be using them on our next renovation.

I purchased a condo that had a great lay-out but was in need of a total facelift. I researched companies on the internet to start calling for quotes and came across HomeStars. I called a few companies based on the reviews however it seemed that Valentini was the only one interested in coming to meet me. After my meeting with Piero I decided not to look for anymore companies to meet as he gained my trust in that first meeting. He made all my decisions very easy when it came to picking flooring, backsplash, counters etc. At no time did I ever feel overwhelmed considering I was renovating every room except the bathrooms. Once the renovation started all went really smooth. I lived through the renovation and they always made sure that when I got home from work, there was a clean place to sit and to go to bed. They kept to the schedule I was given and Piero checked in with me everyday to make sure I was happy. All the trades that came in, Marty the Project Manager, Rob the Plumber, Marcella the Painter, Stefano and Stella the Hardwood Floor Installers and Andrew the Tile man were all professional and very respectfall of the Condominium rules. A large portion of the reno was the new Kitchen Cabinets. Tony's craftmanship, care and attention to all the fine details regarding the cabinets was amazing. You can really tell that it is a custom kitchen, not one out of a box. Overall all, everything from customer service, quality of work and the people on the job were great. I will be hiring them again as I will finally be doing my bathrooms.

We have lived in a series of old homes and have undertaken many reno projects. I could write a book about the problems we have encountered; particularly with regard to the quirkiness of old homes. When I was looking to update a master bath I went to Homestars and contacted Valentini based on their class leading ratings. From the face of the organisation, Piero, to the detail-oriented point man, Tony, and the guys I saw most days, Ronny and Travis, everyone cared about the quality of the work they did. Not only did they care about the quality, they could actually deliver quality. Every person Piero and Tony brought into my house was 100% committed to doing things right. This is no easy feat in old houses where non-standard problems pop-up routinely. This is the first time I have ever written a recommendation for any renovation job in any house we have owned because I have never been entirely satisfied. On this occasion, I want people to know that there are good businesses out there doing things right. So right in fact, that I am planning to have them back to tackle more projects in my home.

We hired Piero and his team to completely renovate our “new” home, including: removing a load bearing wall and extensive structural work; replacing the wiring, ductwork and plumbing throughout the house; replacing the floors; installing a gas fireplace; installing some new windows and doors; a new kitchen and bathroom; and painting. Our house is nearly 100 years old and had not been well cared for by the previous owners. This was a big project for us and at every stage, Piero and his team went above and beyond what we expected.

Our first meetings with Piero showed both his passion and attention to detail. Piero took over three hours to take detailed measurements and have extensive discussions with us to understand our vision for the house. As we progressed through the planning process, Piero’s enthusiasm was contagious. He understood the look we were going for better than we were and provided excellent suggestions on finishes.

One of the major aspects of this project was removing a load bearing wall and repairing and levelling the floors and walls. Mauro and Nick inspired a great deal of confidence that this would be done correctly. Mauro in particular was a key part of this project. He really understands what old houses like ours need. The renovation would not have been a success without his involvement, knowledge, attention to detail and craftsmanship. He is also a great person and was always happy to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it.

Once the walls were closed, things moved very quickly, but Piero, Anthony and their team ensured that no detail was overlooked. The trim work, cabinetry, floors and tile work exceeded every expectation. Everyone who has seen the house can’t believe it, and we feel the same. To top it off, Piero, Olivia, Anthony and their family cleaned our house from top to bottom until the early hours of the morning the night before we were moving in. Who does that? It is cliché, but I truly believe that they cared about our house like it was their own.

As a first-time home owner and expecting my first child, I am sure you could imagine how nervous I was when we decided to renovate our house before we moved in. We asked a few contractors to come over for estimate. Piero impressed us.

The project was started on time. We updated the main bathroom and powder room, transformed the closet and Ensuite in the master bedroom, replaced carpets with hardwood floor, sanded and dyed existing floor, and painted the whole house. Piero and his team were very friendly and professional. It’s especially a great pleasure to work with Tony. His great craftsmanship and perfectionism are hard to find these days.

Valentini also provided great warranty of their work. The project was done more than a year ago. During this period, they came back to correct/fix a few things. They took care of their customers and treated them like their friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Valentini to my friends and will definitely give Piero a call for future projects.

It has been ten years since my kitchen renovation and even after all this time I am still very satisfied. I am quite an avid cook and thus make full use of my kitchen, which has held up both functionally and aesthetically.

I had heard about Valentini Kitchens through a friend of a friend. At the time I was a first-time home buyer (a condo in an older building near Yonge and Bloor), in my early thirties, on a budget, and quite nervous. The kitchen was the original one, and it needed a complete overhaul. It was Piero and Marco's late father Michele ("Mike") who patiently guided me through the process.
