Two Men And A Truck

I would like to say Two Men and a Truck are the best movers I have ever dealt with. I had called and spoke with Adam, the Operations Manager. He was simply amazing!!! He arranged everything for me without any problems. This was a short notice move and I can't believe how he was able to organize Everyhing in such a short time. Literally a few days. We had spoken a few times over the few days and re assured me Everyhing was taken care of. On the day of the move they showed up on time. I must say the two men that showed up were incredible. Steve introduced himself and I can't remember the other gentlemens name but they were so professional and so accommodating the whole time They were quick and efficient. Adam also showed up and began to help as well. I've moved a few times in the last few
years and this was by far the best and smoothest move ever. I will recommend These guys to all my friends and family. I'm sure there are different administrative people in the office that are capable of setting up the move, but if you want excellent professional customer service I will definitely recommend speaking with Adam.

This moving company was great! They handled the move very professionally from start (quotation) to finish (move). The quotation was very accurate. I packed my own boxes prior to the move date. Some furniture had to be disassembled and reassembled to fit down the stairs. All furniture and fragile items were wrapped. Special care was taken with wrapping and securing the piano. The crew did great work. Additionally, they were very courteous and professional. I was extremely impressed with the overall performance of the team. Jason (Chevy) and his crew were phenomenal. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck (Newmarket). You won't be disappointed!

Right from the first quote request to the truck pulling away I could not have asked for more. Professional, friendly, eager to please and efficient. Mark and James are absolutely awesome. I was so pleased with Mark's abilities, knowledge and care of my possessions. He treated a piece of furniture with a small value like it was an antique. One of the feet off the BBQ must have fallen off in the truck. He found it, he called me and he delivered it to me. This level of service is what does and will set them apart from others. Everyone is so accommodating and clearly answered any questions or concerns, "thank you Jackson for your patience and explanations" There are horror stories of movers out there and I am happy to say these guys are so far above and beyond that. You couldn't possibly be disappointed with them. Two Men and a Truck are rapidly gaining attention. You don't need to pay more using an nationwide mover, these guys will give you the same if not better level of service.

They turned up on time (1 driver plus 2 movers, they all worked together to load the truck) and were very quick to start loading up the truck once I had explained what not to take. They disassembled the furniture very carefully and wrapped it appropriately for the journey. There was a very large side cabinet, two very heavy solid desks, 3 three seater sofas, 1 king, 1 double and 2 single beds to dissemble plus mattresses. 2 dining tables, 15 chairs, 1 large patio table, 1 piano (got dropped off to a different location to the final destination, public storage) many lamps (one heavy marble floor lamp), chest freezer, 10 boxes, mirrors and 2 rugs. All within a 3 storey home plus basement. I shall be using the same company, love that they are Canadian and local. I shall request the same driver and movers. It was a pleasure. I've moved a few times in the last 10 years and I can tell it was the least stressing experience ever. Last time the Company I hired to do my moving was the worst ever and it was very traumatic . At this time, I didn't want to go through the same or even close experience. From the very start, Two Men and a Truck gave me a quote based on my request and their suggestion in terms of how many people I would need. I follow their suggestion and it was awesome. The three guys were very polite, helpful and professionals. Everything we requested from them they did with a smile in their face! The manager called during the moving to make sure everything was going well! It was the best experience ever!!! Every penny was more than worth it! Thank you so much for your attention and professionalism!!!! We really appreciate it!!!!

The move went great and the team ( all 4 of them) were professional and friendly. I would use this company again. They were on time and on estimated cost.

I hired two men and a truck to move an antique dining room set to my home in Toronto. They came via recommendation from a friend.

They called on the day of the job asking if they could go up to the point of departure earlier than scheduled which was problematic because I had arranged for someone to be there at a specific time window.

At the point of departure, the seller of the furniture noticed that the men were stacking the chairs and putting them on top of the table. She suggested wrapping each chair individually in blankets on the floor of the truck.

The men complied with her request, but made her sign a waver stating that the company would not be responsible for damages caused.

However, when the table arrived at my home, there were significant areas of damage to the finish on the tabletop. I had been to the seller's home just the day before the move to inspect the table and the finish on the tabletop was flawless. Damage MUST have occurred in transport.

Overall, I am less than impressed with the service provided. I now have to have the tabletop refinished when I should not have to do so.

They were profesional on time and made the move easy!!! I had a terrible experience with another move company 2 yrs ago ... These guys were mint!! On time experienced fun will recommend two guys all day long!
Make sure you use these guys they were worth it!

False promises! they promised to fix the damage was done by the workers to the furniture and the walls for the brand new house, but they just came up with excuses and did not fix the damages.

We used Two men and a Truck as part of our out of town move. The gentlemen arrived on time were very professional, reliable, patient and knowledgeable who really gave it their all to ensure it was a smooth move. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
