We had Touchwood movers for our move from our 3 floor townhouse to our home. I can't tell you how pleased we were with the superb service we received the entire day. Each and every piece of furniture was wrapped and handled with the utmost care. There wasn't a mark on the walls, the floors anywhere. They arrived on time and packed up all 3 floors in just a few hours. We had a pit stop on the way to our home and the furniture and items we needed to put in our storage unit were so well wrapped and sealed I couldn't have asked them to do a better job! My husband and I were so pleased with their work and their service. I would recommend them, and have, to anyone who needs a short or long distance move.

We have used Touchwood Movers for two moves: a 4 bedroom house in Toronto to the suburbs, and my mom's 1 bedroom apartment move from Newmarket to the suburbs. They were fast, polite, and mindful of our belongings. Our furniture was wrap very securely in plastic wrap and it was worth it for peace of mind.

The website was easy to use for a quote, and they were flexible when we called before the move to add more inventory. Nothing was damaged or broken and with both properties, we had a LOT of stuff

Could not recommend them more! I recently used them for my local move. Workers were extremely professional and efficient. They took care with any delicate items, and even disassembled + reassembled my bed frame for me.

Pricing was extremely reasonable compared to others I was quoted. Charges were transparent and my total charge at the end was exactly what I expected when booking.

Touchwood movers were great to deal with from start to finish! They followed up with our quote and worked with us to establish a price as we were to busy to fill out their inventory list. The 2 movers that showed up communicated well and worked harder than anyone could ask for beating the time estimate and saving us money. Professional, honest and the price isn’t much more than renting your own moving truck and buying pizza and beer for your friends. Highly recommended!

They arrived very early and explained the price point and everything expected for my move quite effectively. Price mentioned in the quote was really what I paid after. I moved from a 3rd floor walk up to my current place with no problems. They were able to do the job in less than two hours. Will definitely use their service next time.

The gentlemen who showed up were very nice. We were having some issues closing on our new place as we were moving so it was a bit stressful. The team was nice and the moving time was as was quoted.

Touchwood Movers made things easy right from the first phone call. On a recommendation from a friend, booking our move seemed easier than in the past. Few simple questions and the date was booked. Confirmation call shortly before, showed up on time with a nice professional crew, nice truck, and all the necessary protective equipment. They would be the first place I’d call if I have to move again.

I can't say enough about Touchwood movers. Our move was a bit complicated because we were moving furniture to two different locations. They were so organized, eager to make sure we were happy and they packed everything up so carefully. The office, made sure we knew arrival times, etc and made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend them!

This team was everything you could ever want in a moving company. Due to my heavy work schedule, they did a full pack and the move to my new home.
